Whole cone hops are the traditional way of hopping beer. They can be used in any stage of brewing, from mash hopping, kettle additions, and dry hopping. With the polyphenol and lupulin portions being un-processed, using whole cones adds complexity and a boost in aroma compared to further processed products. Whole Cone hops are kiln-dried and pressed into bales for storage. We offer full bale format or 10 pound mini bales in mylar, nitrogen flushed, vacuum sealed bags.
