Production Capabilities

T90 Pellets

Our T90 pellets are hammer-milled from dried whole cone hops and condensed into a uniform pellet, maintaining all of the Lupulin and Cone material. By processing at lower temperatures and keeping our batch sizes between 4,000 and 8,000 lbs per shift, the highest-quality pellets are maintained. The end result is a 6mm low-density pellet with a medium grit size, resulting in maximum extraction, especially while dry hopping.

    • We’re the largest hop pelleting plant on the East Coast of the United States.

    • Producing up to 8,000 lbs per batch/shift and up to 24,000 lbs per day.

    • Packaging in 4x11, 2x22, and 1x11 lb increments

    • We use nitrogen-flushed and purged vacuum-sealed mylar bags

    • Our pellets are processed at lower than industry-standard temperatures.

      • Ranging from 95°f to 105°F.

    • Efficient density for ease of use and maximum dry hopping efficacy.

      • Our pellets don’t float or sink. They dissolve efficiently and quickly suspend into the beer/wort for quicker extraction of the Lupulin!

    • Consistency batch to batch.

      • With our QA/QC control measures on all bales received, we’re able to dial in each batch quickly and maintain the same pellet consistency throughout.

CO2 Extracts

Our CO2 bittering extract utilizes a supercritical CO2 extraction method. We use only the best high-alpha hops on the market for a smooth and efficient bitterness. With our proprietary process, we’re able to quickly extract sustainable yields with only the cleanest bittering proportions for the highest quality bittering extract on the market. This ensures our product is clean and neutral in the brewing process

    • Our bittering extract utilizes a proprietary Super Critical technique to quickly extract the most potent parts of the hop pellets, leaving behind the unwanted and unnecessary components for a smooth and flavorful bitterness.

    • Our Extraction technique allows for higher yields, resulting in a higher-quality end product in your beer.

    • Packed in 440 kg drums, 750 gram tins or 175 gram AA tins.
