Vista was released in 2021 by the USDA Breeding program in Corvallis, Oregon by John Henning. Previously known as USDA Elite line EXP 074. Vista is the newest public released hop to come out of the USDA program and is the first to be toted as a Tropical Fruit Bomb! Its name was chosen by The Boston Beer Company via a contest for naming the variety. We are stoked for you to try and are glad that this sustainable hop is already getting the love that it deserves. Its mix of flavors works great for Lagers and taking IPA’s into the next generation of drinkers with its Tropical and Stone Fruit elements and a 7 out of 10 potency level!
