Description

The HOPGUILD™ sensory team formulated a blend for brewers to take their Farm Brewed NY IPA’s to the next level! We took some of our favorite New York Grown buds and blended them dozens of times with some of our favorites from the land of the kiwi as well as the Pacific Northwest. This blend has IPA’s in its headlights and is the next step in our already successful proprietary blend lineup next to Excelsior (100% New York Grown Blend). Leading to a flavor profile of Valencia and Mandarin Orange followed closely behind by Red Table Grapes! The blend is 61.43% New York Grown hops with the other portions being split between Washington and New Zealand Grown hops. Trial Blend 1 would make a great single hopped beer meeting NYS Farm Brewing requirements or would also play very well with other New York Grown Hops.

Aromas: Mix of Valencia and Mandarin Orange, Red Table Grapes, Zesty and Rich.
