Description

Tonatiuh™ (Toe-na-tee-uh) was an Aztec sun deity of the daytime sky. He represented a fierce and warlike god and much like that this hop has fierce bright aromas of the sun! Tonatiuh had a symbolic association with the eagle, alludes to the Aztec belief of his journey as the present sun, travelling across the sky each day, where he descended in the west and ascended in the east. Much like the Aztec sun deity Tonatiuh™ represents a new era of hops ascending in the East and taking a fierce approach in the market! A true Neo-Mexicanus American variety!
