Tango’s heritage comes from Cascade as its mother and a male decedent of Hallertau Tradition making it a wonderful growing hop. Totted as the first drought resistant hop on the market with comparable yields with irrigation and no irrigation combating climate change. Its unique combination of Green Pineapple, Citrus and Passion Fruit make this a killer hop for new school beers!! Its high oil content also makes it extremely efficient and can be used across a broad spectrum of beer styles! On the hot side Tango shines from its ancestor Tradition and gives a more noble spice character but on the cold side Tango shows off its fruitiness giving way to new school vibrant characteristics!
