Description

Once on the verge of being lost to time, this classic French variety was rediscovered in the former Champagne-Ardenne region, found in the backyard of an old former hop grower. Our partner grower Ludwig Locher’s parent brought it back to Germany where it found new life. One of our teams favorite aroma hops. This variety lives in what we call our coolers attic. Hidden away for all the superb and excellent beers to be made. If interested reach out to your sales manager for this truly special variety that is very limited addition.

Aroma: Intense notes of melon, papaya, and cherry run up against more herbal notes of green tea, lemon blossom and lilac.
