Description

Chinook was released in 1985 and is a daughter of Peltham Golding. Chinook is a rapid growing hop with moderate disease resistance. Chinook is a wonderful workhorse hop and can be used in any part of the boil and for dry hopping. NY Chinook is quite different from PNW grown Chinook as its levels of Linalool and Geraniol are much higher as well as having a much more robust and popular Tropical Fruit/Pineapple aroma and flavor. We recommend trying this as a low temp whirlpool or in your next bio hop addition!

Aroma: Dole Pineapple, Strong Tropical Citrus, Piney meets Dank!
