Description

Looking for a unique, dual purpose hop variety? Cashmere hops were developed by Washington State University and released in 2013, Cashmere is the result of a cross between Cascade and Northern Brewer. It features alpha acids higher than Cascade with richer flavors as well. A good dual-purpose hop, Cashmere showcases flavors Pink Guava, Red Berries, lemon, lime and melon, exhibits a smooth bitterness and is mildly aromatic with a subtle herbal bouquet.
