Description

Pioneered in the 1950’s by Jack Horner and his team at Oregon State University, Cascade hops have since gone on to become one of the most popular American hops of all time. Released in 1972, Cascade is currently New York’s most sustainable hop variety and widely used by breweries all over the country. Its wide assortment of flavors contributed by the terroir from different growing areas help our New York Cascade excel in different beer styles from IPA’s to high end lagers.

Aroma: Orange / Grapefruit, distinct Dew Berry note along with hints of Stone Fruits.
