Straight out of Segal Ranch in the lower Yakima valley. Anchovy is a new experimental hop turning heads across the industry. With its unique and risky name coming from Matt Storm and Brian Strumke of Fast Fashion brewing in Seattle, Washington. Anchovy is a good growing hop that harvests and drys well compared to some varieties on the market. Its a great new hop for bringing the Dankness to the table as well as making consumers take a second look at the tap list!

Aromas: Distinct notes of Watermelon Hard candies, Raspberry and a lush forest of dank pine wrapping around those notes.
